Thursday, May 1st, 2025, was a day that will be remembered forever at Wired Production Group. Nearly 500 clients, vendors, community partners, family members, and friends joined to celebrate Ron Rausch’s 25th anniversary of bringing events and video to life! Our WPG crew hosted guests from all over the United States with hours of entertainment (are you shocked? Hopefully not!).

Guests arrived at our office with one of our mobile LED screens with Ron’s face on it, welcoming them to enter. Our hosts invited guests to move through the hallways to get a closer look at each of our staff members in the form of life-size LED posters, followed by a whiskey tasting and wine bar for guests to enjoy a beverage en route to the evening’s entertainment.

“We were lucky enough to host Jeff Zahrt with the Great American Whiskey Cookers podcast for our whiskey tasting,” explains Marketing Director Nicole Schroeder. “Jeff has been a friend of Wired for many years, and he hosted our guests with an impressive whiskey lineup.”

After our guests stopped in the Barrel Room for the whiskey and wine, they were led into the warehouse, where our entertainment stations caught their attention the moment they walked in. Entertainment stations included a 15’ LED video wall walk-through experience, followed by the ARC Collaborative comfort zone (big comfy chairs? Heck yeah!), Ron through the years on a custom-built TV collage, and Nicole’s Compliment Corner with clients sharing their first-hand experiences with WPG, plus some kind words of encouragement from our Marketing Director.

What was the real reason people came to the party? THE FOOD! Our crew was so happy to host Big Wheel Pizza and their giant pizza buffet. We’re talkin’ about three-foot pizzas with so many flavors atop their homemade sweet pizza dough!! Our team also crafted a huge charcuterie display spanning over eight feet of table space. We were so thankful to Iced Bakery for providing a dessert bar filled with cupcakes, cake balls, and custom WPG sugar cookies.

We want to express our gratitude to our one and only beverage host, Crosby Rausch, who served up the coldest pop and water this side of the Cedar River.

Hanging out in the warehouse is only so much fun, so we designed a large seating area outside in our parking lot, thanks to our friends from R&D Events. This was the place to be! Live music filled the scene from 4pm to 9pm with the lineup including The Coolerators, The OKs, and New Trick. Many friends of Wired brought their dancin’ shoes!

The party went hard until 9pm when we all decided it was past our bedtime and everyone needed to go home. It’s pretty convenient to build the stage in your own yard, so the tear-down is pretty easy!

Thank you to everyone who attended our celebration. Ron has recorded a special message, just for you…
