We turned 25 this year! It’s crazy to believe this whole operation all started 25 years ago with just a handful of gear and my brain in the loft above my garage. As you can imagine, 2025 brought many challenges and opportunities, so let’s take a moment to reflect together.

In case you didn’t know, we started a new company in March this year called The ARC Collaborative. The ARC Collaborative has been built to serve clients in the world of donor relations, philanthropy, and fundraising. The team specializes in producing events of all sizes for nonprofits, colleges and universities, and the healthcare industry. It’s been exciting to see them grow so quickly!

In honor of our 25th anniversary, we held a huge celebration in May! The shindig was attended by over 500 of our clients, friends, and family members. It was so much fun to have a special reason to bring everyone together for good food, cold drinks, and great live, local music – and all in our own backyard.

Our team produced many successful concerts, corporate events, fundraisers, trade shows, fashion shows, documentaries, and other video projects throughout the year. You know, I guess that’s the whole reason we’re in business – making our clients’ visions come to life!

With those successes and celebrations, we pushed through some unexpected challenges this year as well.  The economy softened, prompting some rescaling of our business to better fit the needs of our company’s future. These decisions were difficult to make, and I am thankful for everyone here at Wired for stepping up and being their best selves to see us through it.  Change is hard, and growth is difficult, but it is necessary for all of us to see the true potential of ourselves.

A moment of thanks…

I am thankful for our people, and I am thankful for their families that support them. Every day, our team comes to work with ideas, creativity, and talents that always delight our customers. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your craft.  Thank you for coming to work every day with solutions to problems.

I am thankful for our partnerships with our talented vendors and freelancers who work with us every day, side by side for long hours in the elements to see projects through to the end. Your hard work and dedication to our organization and our clients does not go unnoticed.

I am thankful to our customers for continuing to give us the opportunity to earn your business.  Thank you for your trust in us and for building long-lasting relationships that have stood the test of time. Let’s keep this up for another 25+ years! Your success is our success.

Finally, I am grateful for my family. I am thankful for my bride of 30 years, Molly, for her continued support, love, and being a great mother and partner 24/7/365. I am thankful for my oldest son, Cameron, who now works with me every day, and the rest of my support structure at home, including my two college ladies, Caroline and Corryn, and the other four members of Team Rausch, Chloe, Claire, Charlotte, and Crosby. Thank you for always being there and making me laugh. I am so proud to be your dad.  Go Team Rausch!

As we turn the page to 2026, please be kind to one another. We are all in this world together. Do good things, and good things will happen to you.

I am excited for the opportunities ahead and am grateful to be on this journey with all of you.

Happy Holidays,

Ron
