We knew the public campaign launch of the University of Arizona Foundation would be an exciting challenge from our first conversation. In addition to producing an event for 500 people with less than four months for preparation, our team designed custom event branding to set the tone for the big day. Event execution included transforming an arena into a formal dining space, creating an outdoor “fair” for thousands of alumni, video production, scripting show content, and managing talent.
